This page will basically have all the info you will need during the entire program. Below are your start guides which we invite you to download and read through before you start on the 19th September. We will also post the training timetable here so you know roughly what you will be doing each session.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
WEEK 1 – 4
You will be building strength and endurance to make sure we build a good platform so that we really can start transforming your bodies.
According to individual goals there will be slight variations within the class.
The first 4 weeks everyone will receive the same “Day 4” plan with changes to the weight and reps. This will then be more individualised from week 5.
